Returns and Refunds

We don't offer Returns or Refunds unless your items arrive damaged.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Pictures and Or Videos will be required in order to verify and start the process for each damaged item for replacement. This information needs to be sent along with order number in the Subject Field of your Email to: daniandhays@gmail.com

Also please inspect all items received to make sure there is none are damaged. If any of your items do arrive damaged, please reach out to us immediately to report any issues to daniandhays@gmail.com .  Please properly verify that your shipping address is correct and eligible to receive packages.  Dani & Hays is NOT responsible for any accidental orders, or unapproved orders placed on our website by you. Nor can we be held responsible for any lost orders as well. No Refunds Will Be Given For Address Errors!  Please verify that all items received are the correct items originally ordered.

Upon inspection of damaged items, they will be repaired/replaced and sent back out to you, 3 to 7 days after repairs have been finished. Please allow 1 to to 2 weeks for the item to arrive back to your home (Mail Timeframes Vary depending on USPS and in climate weather changes.)

Exceptions / non-returnable items
All Sales Are  Final! Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
